Dealer decisions in live games are final once a round is officially closed. Any dispute regarding a live game result must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the round in question, with the session reference number included. Royal138 will review the video recording of that round, and the outcome of the review is final.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal action where applicable.
By the Player: You may close your Royal138 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closing, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and your account balance has been withdrawn. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed within 7 business days.
By Royal138: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, failure of KYC verification, instructions from a regulatory authority, or at our sole discretion with reasonable cause.
In the event of termination due to a policy violation, Royal138 reserves the right to withhold balances, bonuses, and pending winnings while an investigation is conducted.
